With continued endeavour to foster the overall development of students in school, we launched SPRING DALE SPORTS ACADEMY with an intent to serve the society at large. The sports academy is going to be a specialised centre designed to cultivate the sports talent through structured training programs. The dignitaries present for the inaugural ceremony were Arjuna awardee Ranveer Singh and Gulab Chand ji, along with Shri Kanhaiyalal and Sanjay Singh, Secretary district volleyball and basketball association respectively.
The inaugural ceremony consisted of the formal ribbon cutting and unveiling the academy logo in the presence of academy players, parents, staff of the institution and members of the management . Friendly matches of football, volleyball and basketball were also played .
The Director, Mrs Reeta Khanna addressed the audience and apprised them about the vision for the sports academy, to provide a nurturing environment where talented youth of our society can hone their skills, explore their potential and develop life long love for sports. The Director, Sangita Midha encouraged the students to participate in sports for their well being. The chief guest Arjuna awardee, Ranveer Singh congratulated Spring Dale for its initiative in sports and channelizing the energy of the youth.
