Spring Dale Institution celebrated its annual “Felicitation Day” at the Indira Nagar Campus with pride and warmth, commemorating the birth anniversary of its Founder, Late Shri B. S. Sood, and honouring the academic achievements of its young scholars. The programme commenced with a prayer, followed by the traditional ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries, symbolising the illumination of knowledge and the pursuit of excellence.

The Chief Guest, Dr. Anil  Rastogi, a  Padma Shri awardee was formally welcomed by the Director, Mrs. Reeta Khanna, who also extended a warm welcome to the proud parents of the scholarship recipients. Dr. Anil Rastogi, in his address, extolled the virtue of hard work and perseverance, urging the students to remain curious and to continually challenge themselves. Drawing from his own life and accomplishments, he encouraged the young minds to use their intellect in different directions of creativity, emphasising that the ability to think, explore and create is central to meaningful achievement. The highlight of the day was the felicitation of the young achievers from Class VI onwards for their outstanding performance in the 2025–26 academic session, including the Class X and XII Board Examinations. The prestigious Bouri Smriti Awards instituted in the memory of the founder’s parents ,were presented to the toppers of the Class XII and Class X Board Examinations, recognising their exceptional academic accomplishment.

The presence of the achievers and their proud parents lent the occasion a special sense of joy and fulfilment. The felicitation was not merely a recognition of marks and results, but a celebration of discipline, dedication, perseverance and the pursuit of excellence—values that remain integral to the vision of Spring Dale Institution and the legacy of its Founders.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Director Mrs. Sangeeta Midha, followed by the song “Congratulations”, bringing the celebrations to a joyful close. The dignitaries, students and parents then shared tea and refreshments, ending an inspiring and memorable day on a warm note.
