The registration form for admission can be filled online/offline.

Age Criteria: 
Nursery — 3 years complete on March 2026
Kindergarten-I  — 4 years complete on March 2026
Kindergarten-II — 5 years complete on March 2026

(Session 2026 onward Playgroup has been termed as Nursery. While Nursery & Kindergarten is termed as Kindergarten I & II respectively)

Documents required at the time of form submission –

• Attested photocopy of birth certificate (Both from Hospital and NagarMahapalika) and also Aadhar Card of the child.
• Self-attested photocopy of ‘Aadhar Card’ of both the parents.
• Local address proof.
• Photograph of child with both the parents (Size – 48 mm x 36 mm)

Class 1 onwards, entrance test of the student is conducted and an interaction with parents is done at the time of admission.

Presence of both the parents is mandatory at the time of interaction along with original documents.

Transfer certificate is mandatory to complete the admission formalities.

Fee will be charged for 12 Months irrespective of the month in which the child is seeking admission.

Registration does not imply admission to the Institution.

6. Users must not misuse the website or attempt to access, modify or interfere with any restricted part of the website.
7. The school reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions whenever required.
8. Any dispute relating to the use of the website or online payment facility shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Spring Dale School & Yamuna Devi Shilp Kala Kendra, Lucknow follows the below policy for online payments made through its website:

1. Parents/Guardians are advised to carefully verify the student details, payment purpose and amount before confirming the transaction.
2. A successfully completed payment cannot be cancelled through the online payment portal.
3. Refunds, wherever applicable, shall be processed only after verification and approval by the school management as per the school’s applicable rules and policies.
4. In case of a duplicate payment or an amount debited from the bank account but not successfully reflected in the school’s records, the transaction will be verified before initiating any refund.
5. Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment source/account used for making the payment.
6. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the concerned bank/payment gateway.
7. Any applicable bank/payment gateway/convenience charges may be non-refundable, wherever applicable.
8. Refund requests should be submitted to the school with the relevant transaction details, payment receipt and other required information.
9. The final decision regarding refund eligibility shall rest with the school management, subject to applicable rules and regulations.
